Returns Policy

If there is damage call the shipping company immediately, you have 24 hours maximum to begin the claim. Tell them you are refusing the package because of hidden damage. Ask them for a pick up time. Turn around time for damage claims is 2-3 weeks.

RETURNS

Please send an email to info@mdhydro.com. Explain the nature of the return or repair. Include your order #.

You will receive the RA # by email.

No return or repairs will be accepted at retail locations.

Returns must be mailed.

Put the RA# on outside of box.

If the return does not have RA # clearly visible and displayed on the outside of the box, the product will be refused, and returned at the customer's expense.

All product returns must be processed within 15 days from the date of the invoice. After 15 days, the manufacturer's warranty policy applies.

All defective products returned within the 15-day return period will be accepted for credit or replacement.

All returns that do not conform to our Return Policy are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Shipping to the shop is on you.
